First obtain the TylerTech MyApprovals app.
- For managed devices, the app can be pushed to an IPhone or iPad via Ivanti Neurons. Please contact ithelp@bloomfieldtwpmi.gov
- For unmanaged devices, the app must be downloaded from the Apple store with an Apple ID.
In order to connect the MyApprovals app to our New World hosted software:
1. Log into the New World software.
2. Once in New World, go to Maintenance | About New World ERP.
3. In the About New World window, go to Mobile Config. This will open a QR code.
4. Open the MyApprovals app on the mobile device.
5. Scan the QR code displayed on the Mobile Config window. This will link the MyApprovals app to our hosted New World ERP software.
