Microsoft requires dual authentication to access Office 365 resources including e-mail and document cloud locations. Perform the steps below to add Duo Mobile to your mobile device.
* Before continuing, You must supply your phone number and phone operating system (iPhone/Android) to the Information Technology department. All requests must be sent to ithelp@bloomfieldtwpmi.gov. Text message requests are not allowed. You may be asked for additional identification before your request is approved.
You will be sent two texts.
Text #1: Click the first text link to download Duo Mobile to your device.
Text #2 Click the link to activate Duo Mobile with Bloomfield Township.
Your activation will be labeled Charter Township of Bloomfield. Once this process is complete, you may continue to the article to set up mail on your phone.
