If you have been assigned to use the Outlook Web App (OWA), please be advised that your mailbox must remain under 2 GB in size. To help manage your mailbox within this limit, we recommend the following actions:

Regularly delete unnecessary messages from your Inbox and Sent Items folders.

Periodically empty your Deleted Items folder to permanently remove discarded emails.
Email Archiving
To support mailbox management, the Township maintains an archive of all sent and received emails. Archived email is retained for 7 years and is available for reference as needed.
You can access the archive by following the procedure outlined below
1. Click on the "waffle" in the upper left-hand corner of Outlook
2. Click on the Barracuda Networks icon
If you do not see the Barracuda Networks icon, click More apps, then choose Barracuda Networks
3. Choose your Bloomfield Township user/email address
4. Choose Sign in with Microsoft
5. Choose Cloud Archiving Service from the menu on the left.
6. Search for the email you would like to retrieve. You may enter an email address, a keyword, or a combination of multiple search terms by adding fields to the search criteria.
Right-click the email you are trying to retrieve. Choose Forward Selected
7. Choose Inline and enter your email address. Click Ok.
8. The email will be delivered to your inbox. The sender will be Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service
