After adding your account in Outlook mobile, Microsoft creates a default signature advertising their product. Bloomfield Township prefers the signature is updated or removed.
Open Outlook, tap the circle profile icon, to the left of Inbox. Tap the gear icon to access settings.
Tap Signatures to create your personal signature
