Run Avaya Workplace Setup 3.35.1.30.29.msi, located in Utilities/Avaya
Click Next
Accept the terms and click Next
Select Complete Setup Type and click Next
Accept Default Destination Folder location and click Next
Select Language and click Next
Click install (may require admin authorization)
Click Finish
Select Configure My Account
Select the gear Icon
use web address, https://ipo1.bloomfieldtwp.org/46xxsettings.txt and click Next
Enter Extension Number and default passcode [See IT 1Password] then click Next
