Add Scanner in BS&A Cloud

1.  Make sure the scanner is TWAIN compatible and has the TWAIN driver installed.  We do have issues with Brother and Xerox so those likely will not work

2.  Download the x86 version from the site below and install
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26999

3.  Make sure BSA Cloud Desktop Service is running (there will be a folder on the desktop with the launch icon called BSA Cloud).  This just runs in the task bar as a cloud icon.
