Barracuda Networks Email Defense may quarantine legitimate emails. To release them, log in via "Continue with Microsoft," complete any Duo prompts, select the email, click the deliver icon, then click "Deliver." For issues, contact IT or submit a help-desk request.
On occasion, Barracuda Networks Email Defense will quarantine a legitimate email message. When this occurs, you will receive an email similar to the one shown in the picture below.
Choose Continue with Microsoft
Note: You may need to respond to a Duo prompt
Check the email you would like delivered. Click the icon to deliver the message to your Inbox.
Click Deliver to complete the process.
