If you have been issued a Township iPhone the KnowBe4 app will be automatically installed. The icon looks like this:
Step1: Logging into the KnowBe4 app
Open the app and click Log In with Link.
Enter your email address to receive the logon link (remember to use your @bloomfieldtwpmi.gov email address). Click Send Login Email.
Open the email app on your mobile device that contains your Township email.
Locate the email with a subject Logon Request for KnowBe4 Learner App
Tap Click to Log In.
Note: If prompted, choose the Knowbe4 program to open the link.
Step 2: Starting the training
Once logged on, choose Start Training (Note: It will not say Completed Training until the training is complete).
Tap the Play button.
